Mixing Instructions:
Level 1 Slightly Thick- 1 packet with 96 fl oz
Level 2 Mildly Thick (nectar)- 1 packet with 64 fl oz
Level 3 Moderately Thick (honey) 1 packet with 32 fl oz
Level 4 Extremely Thick (pudding) 2 packets with 32 fl oz
Mixes with any utensil.
Spoons, forks, or knives all work.
Shaking works too, but is not required.

Coffee, tea, water, juice, ice, soda/pop, supplements, milk, soup, beer, wine, mixed drinks, liquor, and more.
Will thicken Polyethylene Glycol (PEG) laxatives, i.e. Miralax brand.
