Ingredients:Pea Protein, Lupin Flour, Upcycled Pea Starch, Gellan Gum, Methylcellulose, Sea Salt, Tetrasodium Pyrophosphate, Natural Flavor, Onion Powder, Dried Yeast, Calcium Carbonate, Turmeric (for color)
Instructions: Mix 1 parts Substitute powder to ~2.5 parts water and whisk until smooth (thin pancake batter consistency). Pour a thin layer of batter onto a pre-heated non-stick surface (~450°F) and cook undisturbed until edges begin to firm (30-60 seconds). Scramble, or prepare as needed. Season to taste and serve warm.
Baking: 350°F for ~8 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160°F and product is set. Adjust accordingly.
