Ingredients:Rice Flour, Cornmeal, Tapioca Starch, Salt, Modified Food Starch, Baking Powder, Paprika, Onion,Garlic, Spices, Natural & Artificial Flavors, Guar Gum, Xanthan Gum, Locust Bean Gum.

Directions:

Beer Batter

-Slowly whisk 12oz of cold gluten free beer, club soda or sparkling water into 3/4 cup of dry mix
-For moist food: dust with dry mix and cover with batter before frying
-For dryer Food: cover with batter then dust with dry mix before frying
-Once fried, let sit in heavy bed of paper towels to soak excess oils

Breader

-Dip in beaten egg(optional), dust with dry mix and fry until golden brown.
-Once fried, let sit in heavy bed of paper towels to soak excess oils
